I am guessing the first one applies. Were you inquiring about the NLEA serving?

NLEA = Nutrition Labeling and Education Act
Basically an NLEA serving is the amount that you would "customarily eat in one sitting".

Honestly not sure...someone just PMed me asking what it meant so I'm trying to find out for her....and of course since I didn't know I got all curious! LOL!
