I have too many sewing projects and not enough time, so i i'd much rather purchase ready made. Im not worried about the outside, but more so the inside. Has anyone purchased this item before? It says "towel" on the inside. If they mean terry cloth, i do not trust that, but it also looks like it could be antipill fleece. I also question if it's seamless - i mean it looks like that, but there are no real pictures of the inside to know for sure.
I know i should probably contact the seller but i wanted to get opinions first.
Thanks!

It looks more like a faux fur than terry cloth or fleece to me. Now they do have that fleece that is a long pile and super satiny soft. I personally don't use it because of the length of the pile...I'm afraid they will get caught or start pulling tufts of the fabric off...kind of like when they attack a toy and try shredding it. But that could also be what it is.
Like you said, I'd contact the seller and see what it's made of and how it's made...doesn't appear to be hidden seamed to me either but I may be wrong. The description she gives doens't make much sense to me. I don't know what "soft towel" material is????? And "no sew"....I can't figure out what part of it is "no sew"????

I would not use any kind of a terry/towel cloth at all. Terry is all loops = nails get stuck.
The outside doesn't look like fleece, either. It looks like fur or velour or something of that nature.

I think "soft towel" refers to what we call "blankets." I would double check with them though about the material - I have seen some anti-pill black fleece that looks like what they're using(according to my local fabric store, the black tends to vary in quality the most because of its mass production) - its not the quality I'd want to use though for my suggies!
