Whats the difference between Peggy's HPW Complete and Exotic Nutrition's Instant HPW? Have you ever tried both and which ones do your gliders perfer?

You should do a search....there are a lot of threads already on the forum about these diets, as well as all of the others.
As far as which one people prefer...it's all a personal choice.
