It could have to do with the new glider - even in separate rooms with you washing up in between she is going to know there is another glider there.
I would use treats to lure her out - allow her to come to you for the treat. Repeat this several times until she is readily coming over for it, then lure her onto your hand more and more as she is comfortable. She will probably take the treat and go back to her cage at first, but hopefully soon she will wait and eat the treat on your hand in anticipation of the next one.
You can also try taking her out(in her pouch) just before she wakes up - just make sure it is a glider proofed area and that you can easily get her back(again I would use treats, probably in her pouch for this rather than trying to grab her).
