I guess my opinions are these, and please don't take my words in a negative tone as they are not meant that way:
Anyone bringing you their gliders should already have their own cage, tent and supplies. The only way you would have to supply anything Is if the supplies were substandard like a broken wheel or cage that is too small. In those cases let the gliders use your stuff, don't charge them for the supplies, and you keep what you bought when they pick up their gliders. Thoroughly sterilize everything they used with bleach, which I'm sure you will do.
If you are running a business to make money then the prices are comparable but if you are fostering for people in unfortunate circumstances they are way too high.
In the situations where someone could not have their gliders due to a lost job, medical condition, or new baby there is no way they could afford those prices...unless the new parents made enough money.
I would be more apt to ask one of the breeders I got my babies from to foster for me. As a matter of fact I am actually going to need an experienced glider parent to watch my babies for me for 2 1/2 to 3 months while I go to Chaplain/RP Expeditionary Skills Training with the Marine Corps. I am very blessed that a member of his board volunteered. She came recommended to me by the breeder I got Kodi, Arwyn, and Kichi from. The breeder would have watched my babies too but she's going to be out of town for part of the time and eight more gliders is something we didn't want to bother her hubby with.
I am def not made out of money and while I have a good amount saved for vet bills and care credit as a back up, I def cannot afford the 300.00 it would cost to keep my gliders with you. Again, I don't mean this in a negative way at all, just my opinions. Also, IMO, dogs and cats are not like gliders. Yes, gliders are higher maintenance diet wise but dogs need to be walked, played with, loved on, etc as well. You are experienced in taking care of gliders so that is a plus. Cats have needs too and actually need more space than gliders, depending on the cat. Having fostered/adopted a myriad of animals in my short lifetime I have found gliders and ferrets easier to care for than most dogs and cats. Another thought....most kennels walk the dogs at least three times a day, feed twice a day, play, groom, etc...but fall short on small animals bc they do not have staff experienced enough to do anything but feed, water, and clean but yet still charge the high fees for their time and to me, that is not right...so if given no other options then having my gliders with you would absolutely be better than having to rehome them but 300.00 a month would be a lot of money.
I for one would take in foster gliders in a heart beat once I'm in a house in va and I have separate rooms for mine and the fosters. But since I wouldn't be in business and wouldn't advertise I guess only people on this board would know I could help them if they need it.
But again...since it will be a business and businesses are here to profit you can charge hat you feel people will pay....I would feel bad even thinking about charging that...but that is just me and I guess I'm just a sucker for animals lol. Cost of living in Cali is way too high for what we get but there is a ranch up the road from me who kennels a few different pets. Dogs are kept in indoor/outdoor runs, walked, played with, med's given, etc, all for 10$ a day and less for long term. Pets that are indoor pets stay that way and are housed inside the 4000 sq foot house.. Vet checks and signing of forms are required. They also board horses for those who have horses on their land but must go out of town for whatever reason, and that is only 300.00 a month for a stall/ pasture....which is actually less than most permanent horse boarding facilities in southern Cali....
