Do you have trouble saving money to attend gatherings? The SUGAR Group RRRoundup is always a wonderful time with a lot of information and fun. However, we often hear from people how they wish they could attend but just don’t have the funds. The SUGAR Group has decided to help you save for the RRRoundup. What we have done is set up a savings account for going to the RRRoundup on PayPal. You may use it as you wish. Anyone who utilizes this will get their own accounting line in a spreadsheet managed by Jessica so we will always know how much each person has deposited. When you make a deposit, you should also PM Jessica (angelic4296) and let her know, just to be on the safe side. Deposits may be made as often as you’d like.
When we open registration for the 2013 RRRoundup, those of you who have participated will get the option of having your registration fee taken from the savings account. At that time, you will get the early registration/discounted fee.
If you decide that you can't make the RRRoundup, then you can request a refund of your monies (less PayPal fees) by doing so in writing to Val Betts (Something_To_Believe_In aka Jackie_Chans_Mom) or you also have the option of rolling the balance over until the next year. Refunds will be held for 30 days to ensure that the service is not being used for something other than the RRRoundup. Of course, emergency situations will be handled on an as-needed basis by The SUGAR Group staff/team.
For those participating, we can return the money to you for purchase of a plane ticket or travel expenses, OR we can have the cash for you at the RRRoundup to use on raffle tickets, vending, meals, etc.
The PayPal email address to send your deposits to is: roundupsavings@gmail.com. The money deposited will remain in the PayPal account until you need it for the RRRoundup or if you need a refund.
This service we are providing is solely to assist you in saving the funds to attend the RRRoundup and with luck, we’ll see even more of you attending!
