I was wondering if there is a special way to get gliders out of their cage during the day and at night when they are awake.

During the day I can take either of them out when they are asleep in their pouch, by holding the top closed and pulling the pouch. In the evening for my girl I can reach in and pick her up or slip her in a pouch.. on the other hand for my little boy who isn't that easy (a bit of a biter) I have to coax him into a pouch with treats and then transport him to the tent if he is up.

During the day I have a couple methods of getting Luna out of the cage. Depending on how early in the morning it is, Luna can be pretty grumpy. If she's really grumpy/crabbing, the easiest way to get her out is to slowly turn her sleeping pouch inside out from the outside and push her up till she's just all the sudden out of it. If she's in a better mood, she'll sometimes pop her head out to greet/sniff me. Then she'll let me pet her a little and stick my hand in the pouch to get her. I try never to stick my hand in the pouch unless she knows I'm there. I'd rather her wake up to my voice saying hello or me taking her leftover food out of her cage than to a giant hand reaching for her (although by this point she knows my smell pretty well). She's just usually happier with me if I let her slowly wake up before grabbing her out of the pouch.

At night sometimes it's harder to get her out. If she comes over and sniffs my hand/says hello, I take it as a sign that she wants to see me and would be happy to be picked up. Sometimes she even runs up my arm by herself when I put it in the cage. Other times, she hides out in/behind her wheel, and has to be coaxed out with a treat (usually a yogie). But if she's really active and running around and DOESN'T come over and say hello, then she usually doesn't want to come out. I've tried to pick her up when she's all active and disinterested. All it got me was a nip, and then she ran to another part of the cage.

They're easiest to pick up during the day, because they're sleepy. But at night, when they're more alert, I find it's easier to let them come to you. Also, I am definitely not the most experienced person with sugar gliders. I've had Luna just shy of three months. Bonding has been going great, and I've done a lot of research. But there are lots of other members here with more experience who might be able to offer you better suggestions.

During the day I just take pouch and all out of the cage. But I can reach in and scoop them out.

At night I just put my arm in and they climb aboard, run up and sit on my shoulder.

I don't force my girls to come out. I will offer my arm in their cage and if they want to come out, they come to me. Usually if one comes the other does too, just so she isn't alone.
