I've heard sugar gliders are lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerance is caused by having no enzymes to break down the substance. Pasteurized milk doesn't have the enzymes which is why some people react to it. But unpasteurized milk and yogurt naturally contain the enzymes that it is meant to be eaten with. Even diagnosed lactose intolorant people can eat unpasturized milk and yogurt. So can sugar gliders too?

Yogurt and most cheeses are fine in moderation..repeat - in moderation. I've never known it to make one sick, but it's not good to have in a regular diet either of course. Straight milk I assume would be the same (seeing as cheese/yogurt is rotted milk) but I don't serve it and haven't heard of anyone else doing so; I'm guessing there's a good reason I just haven't heard.
I wouldn't feed cheese/yogurt more than once every 2 weeks or so..yogurt maybe once a week. I don't think they're lactose intolerant..it's just full of fat and low in everything else they need.

I see no reason to ever give a glider milk. They should have fresh water in their cage at all times. They get the rest of the liquid they need from their fruits and veggies. Luna (my glider) once drank a bunch of my orange juice when I wasn't looking. A BUNCH. She had really soft poop for the next day. I think it's best to offer only water for them to drink.
I've never given cheese, and Luna has never shown particular interest in it. I doubt I'll ever offer it. I try to only offer foods (even treats) that I know are healthy and contribute something good to Luna's diet (i.e. protein, vitamins, calcium). I don't actually know whether or not gliders can have it though. Cheese is very high in fat content, so I assume that if it is okay to give, it should only be given in moderation (like nuts).
I DO feed Luna yogurt regularly. She eats Reep's Wombaroo Diet. Part of the diet includes yogurt as a calcium supplement. The link to the page about the diet is here: http://www.freewebs.com/dancingwatersdesigns/reepsdiet.htm She gets one teaspoon of yogurt three times a week as a calcium supplement. She only gets those 3 teaspoons a week though. I've read elsewhere that other people give yogurt as a calcium supplement, so I know I'm not the only one. And that diet is the one recommended to me by my breeder, Cathy Hart. There is also a page on the diet on this site here: http://www.sugarglider.com/nutrition/viewrecipe.asp?item=237
