I've done alot of research and heard many different answers so please tell me what you think.
Is it okay to feed my glider (sugar-free) jello?
Is it okay to feed my glider sour creme (like what you put on tacos)?

I see no need or benefit to feed either. Big question is, what does sugar-free actually mean? If there is a sweetener in there, stick with sugar-loaded jello instead.

I'm betting sugar free has like aspartame or artificial sweetener so no, I wouldn't. Sour creme...I don't know. I'd really research that one. Like Terry said there is no need for either. Sour creme is a dairy product and as far as I know they can have a tiny bit of dairy but I don't know about that one in particular.

The sugar free jello is a big NO. It contains artificial sweeteners which should be avoided in any food fed to gliders.

Sour Cream is high in fat. A small lick as a treat probably would not hurt your gliders but I would not recommend feeding sour cream.
