So we are going into two weeks of having our new family members

The male (Poseidon) is doing better and is not biting as much, he even went one whole night without biting at all Kyle (my husband) is still the only one working with him right now since i freak out still

Annabella is doing wonderful. She will now jump into my hand when i reach into the cage. She still acts a little worried about me and is very watchful of me but is calming down a lot. She loves the pouch I got for them and loves her time out of her cage. She was jumping from Isis (my daughter) to me back and forth the whole time she was out last night She seems a little more close to Isis than she does me though.

Sarahbella is doing okay with me. She is very watchful of me (more than Annabella) but I know this is mostly because I haven't bonded with her as much as I have with Annabella. I kind of left her and the baby alone for a while to not have any problems with her being stressed and dumping the baby.

The baby was found to be a boy when he was out for the first time on Thursday. He is very attached to me already. He will climb into my hand but no one else's. If I put him onto someone else's hand he wants right back with me. He is so comfortable with me that he has fell asleep in my hand numerous times We haven't picked out a name for him yet but hoping to have one for him soon.

We bought the Raptor Wheel for their cage and it's on the way.

I got all the fleece i needed to finish up their new cage and have moved the cage in the spot it's going to be in. i have the three little shelves that are left in the cage lined with fleece, got lots of plants (fake), branches, toys, water bottle, and food dish already in the cage ready to go. i also made a cage cover so that the sunlight isn't bothering them during the day (we don't have blinds). I just need to make a few more things (especially a new nest) for the cage and they will be moved into it. I was hoping to have all this done this last weekend but had to take care of a sick family while trying to put the cage together They will be in it here in a couple of days for sure

Before you know it, it will be time to neuter him if they'll all be staying together.I think I gave you the vet I go to but let me know if you need their info. I can't remember offhand if you said you had one. Glad it's all going well!

Yes we are all having lots of fun with all the Sugar Gliders.

I'm going to be moving the joey (still needs a name lol) out when he is old enough to be from Sarahbella (mom) and putting him in a new cage with another Sugar Glider that we are going to be getting

I have an appointment with the vet that they were all taken to with their old family in about a week and a half to see what I think about them before I decided on looking at a new one but yes i do still have the info if I need it

I would love to post photos but I can't seem to get it to work. When I try to upload photos I keep getting an error. i also have two photo albums but there are some pictures in the wrong albums. i have tried to edit them but the site won't let me. i have contacted the webmaster three times about it but haven't heard anything back about it yet.

I am on Facebook (not like many spell my name the way I do so I'm easy to find) and i do have pictures on there of our Gliders as well as our other four legged family members Feel free you guys to take a look there, everything is pretty open there.

Yes my five year old's name is Isis. You are one of the few people to get that it's Egyptian and not Greek lol I have to have the unusual names for my children

Our first daughter's name was Rose (yes I said "was", i lost her at five months), then we have Isis, Demitrick, and Luna.

Now you know I can't just stop with the two legged family member's names lol I have gotten lucky (for lack of better terms) about the animals that we bring in having awesome names already so I haven't had to name most of them lol

For our ferrets we have; Meko (I named him since he didn't have a name), Izzy, Ozzy, Malora (I named her since she didn't have a name), Zeus, and Athena

For the Gliders (In case someone missed it) we have, Poseidon, Sarahbella, Annabella, (baby not named yet)

The dog's name is Cooper

I also have a cat (she doesn't live with us though) who's name is Cleopatra

Isis also has a cat (who also doesn't live with us) who's name is Gambit


I got their new nest made tonight and hung in the new cage for them

I will finish the last few pieces hopefully tomorrow if not the next day, depending on how Demitrick is doing with his seizures tomorrow

I'm really sorry to hear about your first daughter. I do know it's a beyond devastating thing to go through.

I love unusual names. My gliders are Rue and Lively. I've always said that my kids will have unusual and unique names. Egyptian and Greek names are some of my favorites. Good job naming!

Please don't be sorry, it's not your fault and I believe that everything in life happens for a reason
