I just took the photos of the new fleece, the flowered one is the travel (vacation) cage. I decided to do that one in the pink & orange because I was going to try to go with those colors for their original habitat, but ended purchasing woodsy items (hanging tree trunk, one of the first things I bought them, and then I ordered the "tree set from PP, because I thought it was cute", so just went with the woodsy theme instead with splashes of colors in their toys. They didn't have really anything when I got them, just the cage, wheel, 1 small pouch (torn), a sock, some food & water dishes, and a couple bird jingle balls.
I've been enjoying creating a fun & safe habitat for them, & now I get to do it again for their vacation cage with all new colors.
I'm thinking of cutting a piece long enough to cover the 2 sides and along across the top (cutting a slit for the handle), then having it wide enough to extend about 1 1/2" or so for fringes on the back side, then have the back section large enough to extend at top and sides about 1 1/2" or so for fringes than I will knot them together.
Does anyone have any better ideas for a no-sew cover? The cage isn't huge.
