Just got it today and doing our first tent time in it right now. Before I had a cheap tent from Walmart, they couldn't climb the sides. Well I have never seen the girls more active and so happy! They are leaping from the walls to me and chasing each other around. I'm so glad I got this tent, they love it!!

I try to tell people this all the time! But it is something you have to experience to appreciate.

Like people who have one glider who is "perfectly happy" don't really get it until they get a second glider.

People who have the inexpensive pop-up tents don't get it until they get a Genji or Sansbug!

Welcome to enlightenment!

Mine love their Genji tent to. I went out and bought tarp clips and attached them to hardware mesh so that I can clip it to the inside seams of the tent to hang toys on. Works great and they get to be high up like they like!

Sooo true Alden!
And, like Leslie, I've found some cool ways to attach toys.
I wish I had more time for tent time! *sigh*
While I love my Genji..I long for a glider room..Have to say the full/tall/stand up tents look really neat too.

I get a kick out of glimbing in the genji with my 3 babies and watching the climb on me the tent and all around. I'll be looking at one and the next thing I know they are on my head and by the time I get the one off my head, another oen is climbing up my chest. They have a blast. I have a blast.

Do any of yours get frustrated with the fact that they can't climb the blue part?

Yes, they kept trying to go back to the top and trying to get up there! I think I'll get some clips and hang toys from up there. What kind of toys do you use in the tent? Same as their cage, like fleece bridges or tunnels?

Hi all! I'm a new mommy and I just got the same tent. I had the same situation. Had the cheap tent from walmart that I had to return right away then I stumbled upon Genji tent only to find out that that's the tent everyone reccomends lol It's really the best!!!

That's a good idea! i actually hand-sewed little plastic rings along the seams of the tent. It seemed like an awesomely crafty idea, until i was standing on my knees with my arms above my head trying to stitch the darned things into place!

That makes me laugh. I did the same thing - but I got someone else to stand on the outside so that I could pass the needle out to them, and they could pass it back to me!

And I have a mesh netting that goes to all 4 corners, right at the line where the blue part starts. It makes it like a forest canopy for them - they can go up there to the little "loft" area, and I can't see them - they peep down at me and jump to surprise me. They don't remember all those nights of trying to climb the blue part!

I use little to no toys in tent tIme. I see that as our special time together and don't want distractions from us playing together. I am their toy in the tent.
