Having limited options on diets must be very stressful.
Using the HPW Complete with appropriate fruits and vegetables will work fine.
The HPW Complete can still be made in large enough batches to pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Then you can just pop out a cube every night and let it defrost for your baby's dinner. Fresh fruits and veggies are, of course required, but you already know that. Adding some crickets, meal worms, or scrambled or boiled eggs as treats is great. Just don't give TOO much of the treats or your baby might not eat the HPW (which has all the protein, and vitamins that your baby needs).
Once you've gotten that down you can start looking at Ca:P ratios and make sure the fruits and vegetables you offer have more calcium than phosphorus in them. There are lists if you go up to the search and look for them.
