Hi Everyone, I just picked up two new graders a breeding pair who I have named Ziggy and Zoey..I am curious as to bonding if I should bond with one of the time in the bonding pouch or both? they are about a year old and have already breeded and now the female may be pregnant again. any suggestions or tips?

Are they bonded to each other? Obviously Ziggy is not neutered. He needs to be Before he gets her pregnant again and she has joeys in pouch of different ages. That would/could surely put stress on her. If they are bonded to each other, I'd try to bond with both together.

Yes they are bonded. I dont want to fix him because im looking to have a suggie family..

If you don't neuter him, there is a good chance your colony size will QUICKLY get out of control. If you believe the female is pregnant now, why not go ahead and neuter him so that he is healed and ready for his fatherly duties when the babies come. Then you'll still have a colony, but you won't have to worry about him trying to mate with his daughters when they're old enough. However, you will need to also neuter any male joeys you have so they don't try to mate with Mom or any sisters.

Ok..how will i kno if shes prgnant if its early?
