So im going out of my country for 2 months and my airline doesnt aloud sugar gliders, i dont know what to do because there is no one where i live that know about sugar gliders so they can take care of my suggies. They arent fully bonded with me and i dont know if leaving them 2 months will affect my bonding or whatever. PLEASE HELP!!

NOTE: my parents will be feeding them.

Just have your parents feed them and talk to them in soft voices while they are in their cage. You may have to start back at the beginning for bonding but it should progress fast since they already know you. Don't stress about it. You don't get to this place called "bonded", you grow a relationship based on trust...it is a living relationship that is always evolving.

Oh my I do not know what to tell you. But I guess it is good they are not fully bonded to you because that could be even harder on them.

You will have a lot of work to do when you get back, I would think basically like starting over like they are brand new to you.

Have your parents play with them if they are willing. Even playing with them with something like a feather wand trough the cage will help keep some socializing with people.

Wow... I am getting all worried because we are leaving for a week. I am so sorry. I am sure it is going to be tough on you and them. I know I am going to have a really hard time without mine. :/

Does anyone know the memory span length of a glider? My family goes on a vacation every year for a week, and I was wondering if we would have to start the bonding process over again. I understand they do if you're gone for 2 months but I'm not sure for just a week.
