Very sorry to hear that happened to you and your little girl.

How active was she the night before and how long did you have her for?

Its sad when their days and nights are messed up, I've had that situation with one of mine and some rescues, but they eventually got back on a normal glider schedule. So I don't know what to tell you other then I wish you were not faced with this loss.

oh gee, that's a very sad situation. I don't know but it is possible they all had an illness and it just took its toll on them. I know it is too late now and I am not at all trying to be rude, but if their mom died and then a year and a half later your male passes away so young it would not of been a bad idea to get your little girl check by a vet.

Sorry for your loss and just know a better days are in front of you.

A necropsy at your vet may give you the answers you need. If by chance your sugar glider is in the fridge you could take the glider to vet in the am for a necropsy. If not I suspect, totally just an opinion, some sort of infection is my guess. I know of someone that had a glider that passed and she had a stomach infection that turned into organs failing, she showed no symptoms but just died suddenly. That is the bad thing about gliders they can be very ill and not show it. It is one of their defense mechanisms. I lit a candle in memory of your girl.........what was her name? I know how hard it is to lose gliders, I have a few pairs of Glider prints on my heart. I know EXACTLY how you feel. Its like losing a member of the family.
