Is this cinnamon or is it really badly taken care of? Bad nutrition?

It appears to be a classic grey glider - the flash photo makes the color look a bit washed out. Hard to say anything about the glider's overall condition from just the head picture.

I am no impressed with the current owner want to swap the glider for just about any other critter anyone might have to exchange.

You can typically find several "cinnamon" gliders on craigslist. I would wager 99.9% of them are truly gray, just poorly cared for or fed. Aside from cracked fur, that brown coloration is one of the most common signs of poor nutrition.

The head looks like my Mia. I've had her since February and her head is still that color even though I have her on a good diet. The rest of her is grey as it should be.
