when you feed your sugar glider meal worms i usually pick them out because their in that sawdust looking stuff could she pick them out herself or no cause she starts to sneeze whenever she tries?

It's wheat bran and shouldn't hurt her. Its probably the frass/waste that makes her sneeze, it does the same to me .

Be careful, if you let her pick them out herself, you can't stop her from finishing the hole thing!

Sometimes, while Sugar is out w/ me (making dinner, etc) he'll get an eye on the mealie farm, and glide on over (as if I wouldn't notice!)

The first time I brought mealies home, I didn't realize that they could chew through the bag. So they were left in the bag over night and the next evening they were all in my clothes! It was horrible, but thankfully I got them all out and then washed my clothes just to be safe lol

i use them as treats, 5 - 6 every couple of days.. or whenever i have the time to run out and buy a tub :)

i pick them out with chopsticks and feed them to my glider from there. im too scared to touch the things, and Squirrel usually knocks the tub over when i let him do it on his own.
