Well, My suggies get Protien, Fruits & Veggies. chicken, eggs, & sometimes meal worms for protien. Mango, sometimes grapes, cucumber, carrots, blueberries, blackberries for fruits and veggies. Sometimes some lowfat yogurt..maybe once a week. I feel like this just isn't good enough. I make sure they have a variety...but are they getting everything they need. I've heard about all of these other diets (BMW, Suncoast..ect) I just dont know what the 'ideal' suggie diet is. Advice anyone?

Oh Boy LOL I don't know that there is an ideal diet but everyone has their own opinion. Some wear by BML, Some by HPW, Some by Suncoast, Some by Priscilla's..you get the point. It boils down to what works for you and what your suggies will eat. That's the most important thing.

What do you use? And how do you make it? I have no idea where to get some of the things that tells you how to make it.

I personally do what would most closely resemble Suncoast Diet. I know Rita does HPW and she would be able to tell you about getting the ingredients for that specific one.
