Veggie relish is ok, but remember HPW has honey in it so you might want to leave that out. You dont want to over do one the honey.
Also, with HPW - you need to learn the CA:PH (calcium to phosperous ratios) of fruits and vegetables. The HPW itself is balanced, but you can ruin the ratios depending on what fruits and veggies you use. Im at work - but will get you the list.
The reason you want to balance the ratios is because suggies need calcium and phosperous depletes the body of calcium.
