Glad to here she is doing good. We will be for her blood to be clean/good.

Well we are back from Denver and everything went good. Her blood came back good so she got to do her chemo. We got the call from Make A Wish Foundation and they told me she can't get her wish to met Hannaha Montaina but she make anther wish. So she pick to get a toy yorki puppy. My husband it not happy about that and he don't want her to get the dog. He wants her to wish for something the hole family can do and so dose everyone else. But I told her it is her wish and to wish for something that she want not what everyone else wants. So she is going for the toy yorky puppy. She is think of name her puppy tinker lol. But she is doing realy good and she is happy she is off the stairodes for good. She is now on chemo pills and a chemo push through her port. Thursday is her last day for the chemo push for 4 day then she go's back on that on next Thursday for anther 4 days. So Thursday when I get done giveing her chemo push then I take out the needle that is in her port. She is happy to be home and realy excited to make her wish. Anther thing is excited about is Peanut has joys in pouch again so she can't wait to see those joeys. Well I am going to go for now but will keep you updated on things are going. hopefully hubby won't get to upset that she going for toy yorky puppy for her wish. Talk to you all soon.

I'm glad things are going well.

Thanks for the update. I have a mix between and yorkie and a daushound. The papers call it a dorky. Here is a pick of her with the cat cleaning her. She is a sweet heart.

Well we are in Denver and everything went good. She has to get some blood becouse her blood count was realy low. So her lips are nice and pink again. She just had to the spinal tap and chemo in her back. no IV chemo since she is doing the chemo pills and chemo push for 4 days. We have to come back here next week for anther spinal tap, shot in her legs and chemo in her back again. Tomorrow we will be heading back to Gillette for 4 days then back here we go. She is still doing good with the chemo. She is still going for that puppy for her wish. Hubby is still being a jurk about it but I will make sure she will get the wish she wants. Well I got to go but I thought I would up date on how she is doing.

Well I had to put Avis in the hospital tonight. Her went up to 102.00. We are wait for the blood colcher to come back to see what is going on. She might be able to come wensday but not sure yet. I will keep you all up dated when I get more info from the hospital and the Doctors too.

Ok anther up date on Avis. Still no word on the blood cultures hasn't came back yet. She ran anther 102 temp again today. So we are just wait to see the blood culture tells us. I will keep you all update

Hope things are OK.

Well we got her out of the hospital yesterday and now we are in Denver. She had to have a spinal tap down today. Still no idea why her temp went up to 102. They think it proboly the chemo that did it. But rather then that she is doing good. She says she feels good but realy tired though. I will keep you updated on how she is doing. We will heading home tomorrow.

We're supposed to be getting a pretty good storm tonight. :(

Chemo can make you sooooo sick. Tell Avis she is in our thoughts and prayers. Let her know we are all thinking of her.

I thought I let you all know Avis is doing really good. She is still full of smiles and still laughing. We are home tell the 13th. We go back for anther spinal tap and chemo. She is on the chemo push so I have to do that again next Thursday tell Sunday. She is glade she gets a break from going to Denver for a week. Her blood counts are really good and normal too. I will know on Thursday how her counts are when we go to the cancer center here. We had a surprise on Friday when we got home. Peanuts joeys are oop and she got to see them. We don't have names for them yet. I am going let her help me name them. She wanted me to add that she thanks everyone of you for your prays and the nice letters to her. She looks forward to read them. Well I better run. I have to get some stuff done but will write more later.

Evelyn, Im so glad to hear good news about Avis. Tell her to keep smiling as attitude can certainly mean a lot! She is a very brave young girl and we are all proud of her for doing what she needs to do to help take care of herself. Chemo is not a fun thing.

Avis - keep up the good work!!! I think about you everyday and pray you keep getting better by the minute!

My little sis was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma (bone cancer) at age 11. That was 20 some yrs ago. It is terrifying and confusing and all that so I know exactly how you feel. I was only in high school. You and you family are definitely in my prayers.

Sorry I haven't been on for a while. Been busy this week. Well last Friday the 15th they put her in the hospital and she got to come home today. They are thinking the chemo made her temp go up again. But she is home and happy to be home. Oh on Tuesday the 19th she made her wish with Make-A-Wish and she wished for that toy yorkie. They said she should have her puppy in a few weeks. Avis is getting a little female and she already named her too. Her name is going to be Hannah. I am so excited for her to get this wish. Well I am going to go. We have a found raiser to go to. They are raising money for Avis. I will try to write more later k.

Tink, I am sorry your family is having to go through this ordeal. I cannot imagine how that would be, having a young daughter going through all that. You both sound like strong individuals with a lot of faith. I will be keeping you in my thoughts as well.
