Avis -- I am praying that your headaches go away quickly! You have been through so much this year. I am also praying that next year is much better for you! I hope that you, your Mom & Dad, your brother & sister and Hannah all have a very Merry Christmas! You ALL deserve it!

Well Everyone is doing really great here. We had a wonderful Christmas and Avis did get her Hannah Montana guitar she wanting for years. Here is the pic of her with her new guitar she got. she is vary proud of it. We have to head back to Denver on Thursday for her spinal tap and IV chemo on Friday then we are home for 2 months again. She is doing really good but not looking forward to going back to Denver though. She is looking for the end of this month. She will be 14 on the 28th of this month and we are having a big party for her on the 31st. It is a big thing for us because I still have my baby girl to hug every night before I go to bed so this party celebrate that she made it and is a fighter all at once. Well I got to feed my gliders so they won't get made at me lol. You all have a wonderful night and I will let you all know how she is doing when we get back home.

Well we are home from Denver. Had a good trip there and back but it was a long drive again. She is doing great but her back is hurting a bit. They put her back on the steroids so hopefully she won't be in pain with those. Her counts are way up too. The dr. gave her permission to go help out at the vet clinic so she might be start that next week. She is so excited to that and work around animals. Well I thought i drop you guys a line and let you all know made it home safe, sound and everything went really good too. Oh for got to say we are home tell March so a nice 2 month brake from going there. But IV chemo here next month though. Well got to run but will keep you updated on her.

Well every thing is going really good on this end. Avis turned 14 on Thursday and Sunday we are having a huge party for her. She dose chemo here in February then in March we go back to Denver. But I thought I let you all know how she is doing. I got to run and I talk to you all later.

I am doing really good but been really busy this weekend getting everything ready for tomorrow. But I did get the cake so that is a good thing lol. Lets just I been running with my head cut off lol.

How are your other children dealing with all of this?

They are doing a lot better but when her legs start to hurt from the steroids they get worried and up set. They don't like to see her in pain but they will help her out as best as they can when she is in pain. They are all excited about today.

Thats good to hear. Ive seen where the other children get very jealous of the attention the sick one is getting. So glad to hear you arent dealing with that.

Well it has been busy here since Avis's Birthday party. Wow she is 14 now. We had that big party for her. There was about 30 people that showed up for it too. Then Last Friday was my sons birthday. He turned 10 so yea it has been busy here. But I got really cute pictures of Avis's party and one of her ring she got. But she got a Hannah Mountain bed set and lots of money too lol. So she made out big time at her party. Well here is the pictures of her party.

Well Avis is back in the wheel chair. Her left knee swelled up the size of a grapefruit because of the steroids. She go's back to the Doc office on Friday to get a check up on her knee. Don't know how long she will be in the wheel chair this time. She is depress about being in the chair but she know she has to be in it. I will keep u all informed on how she is doing k.

Well she is doing better but her knee still swelling up often so when it dose that she go's in the wheel chair. she has a limp and still taking tynal3 and sits down a lot. but she been in and out of the wheel chair but use's it when we go to wal-mart because she can't be on her legs to long. But I thought I let you guys know who her legs are doing. I will keep u guys dated on how she is doing with her legs.

Well Avis is doing a lot better and she is out of the wheel chair. Next week we leave for Denver for her spinal tap and IV chemo. Then we go back in April then home for 2 months again. She has a big trip she is going on in March too. It is with shining star to Aspen Mountains for a week. She gets to met other kids that has cancer too. She is looking forward to it but nerves about it at the same time. She never been away from for a week with out us. I told her she is going have lots of fun there. I think I will be the one lost with out her here for a week. I am going to get her a camera so she can take pictures while she is there. She dose that from the 12th to 19th of March. Well i am going to head to bed but I thought I let you all know she is out of the wheel chair and doing a lot better.

Woo whoo! Im so glad she's out of the wheelchair! I have been folowing your story and praying like crazy! You are so right that you will be missing her while she is having a blast.
