I will post pics of them soon (when they sit still enough for pics! tehe!), but I just wanted to let you all know how well Wavern is getting along with Vestral (I'm sure you all remember all my threads on Wavern and getting her a buddy). I pull back the flap to their nest basket every morning to say hi, and see them snuggled up together. At night they run around the cage playing tag or hanging upside down chirping to one another. I never knew all the sounds they were capable of until they got together. They are both eating and sharing well, and somehow Wavern told Vestral how good nuts tasted. I don't feed many nuts, but I used to give small pieces every few days to Wavern as a treat. When I first got Vestral she would not touch them, but now loves them!

Wavern seems a little less concerned about me (but I'm sure she still loves me), but Vestral has warmed up to me so much more! I am going to spend bathroom time tonight with them, sot hat should be fun! They are so well behaved, and you were all right-they are so much happier with company (plus I don't feel as bad if I can't let them out at night because they have each other to play with!). I will hopefully be taking them both for a wellness check to a glider vet next week, but they went with me to take our dogs and cats to the vet and I was the talk of the office! Everyone (all three vets included) wanted to see them and pet them! They were so friendly and well behaved and went right back to sleep in their pouch after being shown off. I educated the public about them and warned against PPP, so I hope I can do more of this and I guess spread the good word about them, and lower impusle buying.

Thanks for ther Update. Can't wait to see pictures of them together. You are absolutely right about how happy they are once they have another of their own kind to be part of their life. The sounds are incredible aren't they. I love the little clicking/chirping noise that my male Jack makes to his ladies. Seems he does that quite alot.

So glad they are doing well! Must have been meant to be. Now we need those pics so we can see the cute friendly couple.

Currently Wavern is attached to the light switch in the bathroom and Vestral is cuddling on my back. If only I had a camera! We have had a good time, except for somehow Wavern seems to be defying the laws of physics and Vestral has an affinity for my face and head!
