Hey I'm Fairly new to the site but i've done my research i have a quick question tho we are traveling home about 4 hrs around thanksgiving i have a friend who can take care of my babies but i think i would feel more comfy taking them with me, What makes a good temp cage like what size for just a few days? i was thinking of buying a repitarium to leave at my mothers house as a temp cage but i was wondering if something else would work any advice is appreciated haha i work at a zoo i might swipe an extra glider cage from there hmmm....

I travel home about ever other weekend we first started with this cage www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753300 but now we are

now we are using this...

www.amazon.com/Pet-Travel-Indoor-Outdoor-Medium/dp/B002ABO2HE/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1257302692&sr=8-12

because of the size. While we are at my boyfriends mom's house we try and have them out for as long as we can. the second cage is going to be easy because it is a pop up ten and its as big as there cage at home( flipped on its side)

It would be best for them to get the biggest cage you can afford and will fit into your home. Even tho they get out of cage time, they still need plenty of room inside the cage.

Getting them a new, larger cage and taking the smaller cage to your parents house for when you visit is a wonderful idea!
