Ok, so Many of you have known that i have been in the process of purchasing a house, and have had to make several decitions reguarding suggies and their space and the space of my garage. Basically, i was having to choose the garage for my space, or let the "wife" take the garage and i have my own room for the suggies.....
Well guess what i chose....
BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!
We just entered an agreement with the sellers of a house that has a two car garage, and three bedrooms!!!! On master, one for our offices, and one just for the Suggies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh im so excited!!!
Settlement is on the 17th of December.....So it looks like the suggies are going to have their own room to roam, YAY!!!!!!!!!!

Im just so glad we fonud a place with most of my wants lol!

Yay! That's what usually happens when looking for a house... you think you found the right one, then the universe steps in and doesn't let it happen, so that the "perfect one" for you has a chance to show it's light!

i say "wife" in quotes because she is not really my wife yet, but we act like it lol! Once the fourwheeler sells, im buying a ring but until then, its "wife" lol!

Hmmmm you got me thinking. It may be time to finish our basement and make a room just for my babies. Wonder of the hubby would go for it....

well let me just say this from experience....basements are not good places to keep suggies... there is almost no good air circulation and can make the room stinky really fast....even if you clean the cage daily, it still stinks. you gota have really good air circulation. I lived int he basementm ost ofmy life at the parents place, and trust me, no mateer waht i do, its always stinky...... UNLESS you have one of the units in your house, that all it does is circulate the air in the house....then that helps... but also helps spread the smell lol!

didn't think about that... Hmmmmm maybe an air purifier would help.

Right now my babies are in my kids playroom. They really don't play in there much. But I would like for them (kids) to have a better place to play. Hmmmmm! Maybe a new playroom in the basement and the gliders can have the room up here all to themselves?!? Dreaming here.

If you have a walk out basement, it should be no problem. A playroom in the basement might be nice for the kids, especially as they get older. They'll want a little more privacy to hang out with friends as they get older, anyhow.

When I was a kid the basement wat the coolest place in the house!! Thats where all the sleep overs were, and mom didn't care if we used out "outside voices" because it muffles the sound. And of course once those teenage years come, you all will like to have a different level of the house to retreat to sometimes.

Congrats on the new house! I'm currently making plans for my house which I'm hoping to start building in the next couple years and I can't wait to design my glider room.... It's going to be so much fun!
