Try to dry her off as much as possible and keep her warm until she's completely dry. Did you get to her right away?

Continue to keep her warm. Rub her gently all over with a dry fleece or hand towel. Feed her a couple of CCs of pedialyte for the shock. I don't know, anyone else?

Just keep her really warm. I'm sure it scared the crud out of her! I'm really glad not to see another deadly toilet tragedy this week. You may want to check into one of those little toilet ladders so they can get out if it ever happens again.

Keep her warm and keep and extra eye out for her tonight. If she doesn't act normal, eating/drinking/playing/sleeping/interacting with others take her to the vet. Good luck and keep us posted.

My girl jumped in a sink full of cold water once. I put several pieces of fleece in the dryer to warm them then wrapped her up. I was SO scared she would catch a cold. She slept a long time but didnt get sick.

I'm so glad she is ok. You might want to get a damp, warm washcloth and wipe her down to get the toilet water off of her. She will groom herself and ingest any bacteria or chemicals that may have been in the toilet water. Again, dry her off really well and keep her warm until she is totally dry.

Woo Hoo!! I was praying that you would be as lucky as us!!! It's so easy to overlook possible dangers. Accidents happen in the blink of an eye. This week I followed directions from his site and put together an Emergency Preparation Kit.
