I would not give it to them straight. I think that juice is natural with no sugar correct? I would put some in their water bottle and dilute it down with some water. There's no need for them to drink alot of juice. It still has alot of natural sugars in it. No sugar added apple sauce is a good thing to give them. You could put a little in a bowl for them to lick up but I would not give it to them everynight. Make sure that whatever you get; juice, applesauce, yogurt, anything at all has no artifical sweetners (ex: aspertaine) in it. Yogurt is at good thing to give them sometimes. Mine like all the berry flavored ones. I put a little in a bowl for them sometimes and they lick it all up. It also is a good source of calcium. Again remember no artifical sweetners in it.

You could put some with their fruit or cook their meat in it.
