My sinuses have been hurting a lot lately. I can't stand it, it hurts and is so congested and uncomfortable. I have always had this problem, but can't seem to find anything that seems to work for me. So I was wondering if anybody knows of a good remedy.

Netipot. I haven't gotten brave enough to use one yet, but I know a lot of people who swear by it and say it isn't bad to use.

Maybe you have a sinus infection?

Mom2mandg: I know I have heard a lot of good things about those, but have not tried it. I am afraid I couldn't do it if I tried. I think that is what I will try that next though, they got to be raving about it for a reason.
Kyro: Seems like I just got over a month long cold where I went through this twice during the course of it. At that time I was sure it was sinus infection, but I thought I was over it for they hadn't hurt for a while. Maybe I should have done more than let it run its course. It just hurts so bad I can't stand it.

Better call the Dr. It does sound like a sinus infection. I had one that got that bad last year and it was very painful. The Netipot will help too.

OH by the way- I knew someone and her daughter that left a sinus infectin unchecked and they both got really sick. Ended up in the ICU. Please call the Doc!!!

You should definitely get it checked out ASAP. My hubby has this happen probably twice a year. He always finally goes to the doctor when it starts to hurt really bad and he can't take it anymore. He usually just gets a 5 days course of Zithromax and he's good to go...until the next time, anyway! I hope you feel better! He always seems so miserable too...
