I just saw a post on craigslist claming that the glider they had didn't get along with any other suggies, but would get along with other pets. Is it possible that a glider would prefer being alone rather than with other suggies?

MY I would have to say no. Gliders are colony animals. Now, not to say that the other glider/gldiers they put that one in didn't get along, but I would have to say sooner or later and with some work that glider could have a friend/friends. Problem is it could be a lot of work and expense. How many gliders do most people have? Do they want to separate one from thier group to give that one a buddy? Trying to find one freind can be trying not to say putting that one in with a lot of others. Any way you look at it that glider really needs a friend.

That's what I thought, that she just wasn't introducing it to compatiable gliders. In my head I kind of compared trying to replace a human relationship with a puppy. You can form an amazing bond, but it's not the same as forming one with another person. Poor thing will probably never have a friend.
