OOOkay so many of us are very ready to celebrate the thanksgiving holiday am i right? so i was looking all over for flourles cake recipes so the kids could have a special treat too and... eureka i thought.. why not make a cheese cake using cottage cheese :D (of course this is to be served to them in moderation) i was thinking.. blend up some cottage cheese and eggs and all that jazz... till its smooth.. add some fruit such as pineapple, raisins, dried blue berries, fresh berries.. ect ect.. and make a crust with nuts and maybe.. idk an egg or something to hold it together in the food prosseser i imagine almonds would be best... for them anyways lol so how does this sound.. not very appealing to me of course but to them i bet it'd taste mighty yummy..

that sounds good! I want to make something for Gizmo this week now that we're off (YEAH!) The only thing i'm a little cautious of is the nuts, if you make a crust that'd mean you'd be using a lot of nuts and nuts aren't that good for them.. but this sounds good!! (In a glider's perspective)

You can make a graham-cracker crust, without the butter of course. Bond the crumbs with a little egg white. In the filling, with fruit you shouldn't need any sweetener, or if you do use a very little honey instead of sugar, at least it's got nutritional value. Sounds yummy!

I was thinking the same thing. Little for the gliders and a lot for me.
