I see by people's names that they have this book icon and it says gliderpedia editor. What does that mean? Could someone fill me in? I understand that they edit stuff apparently lol. But someone explain to me it?

You can choose whether or not to be an editor. It's in your profile. It lieterally just means you're able to edit things in the Gliderpedia.
