Gliders are pretty much like people and come in various shapes and sizes. My Chester is almost a year old and he's about the size of an adult glider. Dixie is 7 months old and she's still relatively small, while Athena is 4 months old and she's almost as big as Chester! So I don't think males are necessarily bigger than females, it's just the way those particular gliders are designed.
I have to ask, are you planning on neutering Clwyd during the quarantine process? If not, I would recommend it so that he and Luci don't meet each other by starting a family.
