Are gliders legal in MA? I am confused. Some say yes, some say no.

@ kyro298..... If you zre talking about proof.... I talked to the State of MA..... Actually MA Fish & Game and they said they are. Now if you want me to tell you who said they are legal (I don't think I have to) but they where selling them in NH just 5 minutes from the MA line.

I'm skeptical, as I have a good friend in MA (located just outside of Boston), that has been lusting after gliders since I first got mine. She has been told by a local government office that they were illegal in the state.

Yes I was talking about proof because we can't update the information without documentation. I can check the Dept. of Fish and Game website though to see if there's anything listed.

They're legal in NH, so as long as they're being sold in NH, no matter the distance from the lines of MA, they're ok.

Reputable breeders refuse to ship to illegal states and refuse to sell to you if you live in an illegal state. I don't know who you purchased from, but they obviously aren't reputable.

The good news (from the sounds of it) is that you live near a legal state so you can get them seen by a vet relatively easily.

No mention of marsupials? I wish these agencies would be more species specific.
