under the "glider gossip" tab above you click on member photos. Then you can add an album and upload photos. Once you have uploaded the photos when you view them you can copy the file name under the photo as they display and paste that file name (along with the brackets) into your post and then the photo will show up...

everyone looks so different than i imagine, i feel like im missing out so my turn now...yes, my hair color changes alot...o and the last one is included just because its me and dick van dyke and i love him lol
