My daughter loves the song Mans gotta do from Dr. Horribles sing-along blog. She sings a bubs gotta do what a bubs gotta do. She calls the gliders bubs.

Yes, it does feel like another world. Most of my friends only see the 'Awww' factor of the gliders. They don't really understand what its like actually having one. My friends think its crazy for me to be so in love with gliders. They just say "Calm down! Its just an animal!" Most of the time I correct them and say "No, my Baby. This is my child." My best friend often get annoyed that I bring Stitch everywhere with me in my pocket and buy lots of stuff for him.
I was in walmart last night trying to find some new toys in the baby section, and a lady walked past me. She gave me a strange look. (I'm kinda young to be having an actual baby) haha

I talk about mine all the time, my husband says I am weird, but I don't think so my son is just like my husband, just not into them like me, they go everywhere with me and when I am at work I find myself looking at pictures of them on my phone and even on the Internet. I guess u can say I am obsessed as well, who wouldn't be just look at them.they are so cute

For two years my son called me Mama Bird and I called him Baby Bird (started when he was 2). Now, he calls me Mama Glider, or Mama white Mosaic, and he's Little white mosaic.

We, including my husband, "crab" at each other and Little white Mosaic is often gliding around or building pouches on the couch for himself!!

And of course, we're always on the lookout for stuff for the babies!

My wife and I have two little fuzzy butts and we are so attached to them it is ridiculous. I get up each morning with our son. Seems the little fellas greet me at the front of the tent with a few barks and hisses until I say something to them. Now that is an alarm clock I can get used to. I have been told that certain noises they make are a sign of happiness. I certainly hope so. They have had a rough go of it until we got them. They are only 6 months old and we are the fourth owners! And the last I should add!!! My advice to people looking for trinket/token pets...Get a spider or snake, something you don't want to cuddle with. Leave the fuzzy butts to people that give a damn about the little fellas well-being instead of the attention they draw to you. Mine are not pets. They are my other two boys. Period! I can't explain it just as the rest of you. They are my anxiety medicine, my anti-depression meds, and the smile on our face when we need it the most. Should have named the Xanax and Prosac! But rest assured Gizzy and Grizzly have found a permanent home with this fuzzy butt Daddy and Momma!!!!! Good luck to everyone and remember they are not pets, they are four legged, fuzzy butted kids that just so happen to be able to fly!!!!!
