I intro'ed my Kodah near 100g. at the time, to Mala who was half his size and several months younger. He fell in love with her immediately.
He was over 140g. a little over a month ago when I intro'ed him to Ariana when she was only 2mo. old and weighing in the 50g. range. That meeting didn't go as smoothly....he jumped on her and scared her but I immediately seperated them. Luckily he didn't hurt her....long story short Jasper, Zoey, & Mala all took to Ariana instantly....Grumpy Kodah got put in a cage alone for 5 days when he decided he didn't like that business....they've all been together now for about a month.
I'd do intros after a clear vet check. Just watch carefully for fighting. Scent swapping can give you a good sense of how intros may go. Once mine started showing a lot of interest in the others scents...I did intros.

Update:
So Casey is doing well! All wounds on his back have closed and healed over. The through and through on his patagium has also closed together...YAY!
The major wound under his left arm is continuing to close together, it is about half the size of an eraser now and seems a little more shallow. Weight is still an issue though, he is anywhere from 80g-85g and holding, but we can't seem to get him to gain and hold anymore weight, he used to be around 101g.
So we have already had one round of negative fecal floats (vet visit on the 9th) when we first got Caylee. Her weight is holding around 45g and she's been eating well. She has already met Casey and yesterday we decided to let her meet Cody in the hopes of curbing his over grooming. It was a smash hit with both Caylee and Cody. Cody was so excited and spent most of the first 10 minutes vigorously marking Caylee's chest with his head. For Caylees part she spent a good portion of the first 20 minutes trying to ride Cody's back, while he kept rolling around so he could groom her. It was cute. Neither one wondered far from the other and their was no aggression in any way. After awhile we added Casey to the mix and both Caylee and Cody ran to him like long lost siblings and mass grooming/chattering commenced. It was amazing, I haven't seen Cody and Casey the excited and happy in awhile...it made Aiden tear-up (and I couldn't stop smiling!). Even the cone of shame didn't seem to bother the other two, they took it in stride, I couldn't be more pleased!!!
We allowed Caylee and Cody to share a cage last night since they were doing so well together. We monitored them through the night as a precaution...they were brilliant together! Cody hasn't been this active since march, it was like he couldn't wait to show Caylee all the 'sites' and when they weren't playing together, eating together, they were sleeping together. If I pulled Cody out Caylee would pop out a second later and try to follow, she is already mimicking what she sees him do. Absolute love at first site!
We already have another fecal planned for two weeks time just to be on the safe side, and if anything should pop positive we had already talked to the vet about treating all three anyway with concern about unintentional cross-contamination. But with the over-all stress in the house we think this is an amazing step forward for all three! So a good news post, with more hopefully coming! I will try to get new pics of Casey's injury so you can see how far he's come!
A special thanks goes out to Karen Newman, Casey and the family thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are amazing.
More later, but a thanks to all of Casey's supporters, Love Chris and Family

I am so glad that everything is starting to get better! You guys have fought an amazing battle for your little man, and I know I'm not alone when I say that I wish more suggie owners were like you guys. Heck, just more people in general were like you guys! I'm so glad that intros all went well, and I'm sure they can't wait to be a happy little threesome!

That update made me tear up as well. So wonderful to hear Cody and Caylee are doing so well. I only pray next month when I add a girl to our mix, Omi and Kai take to her so well. You do know that even after Casey is completely healed up we/I expect you to stick around. We need someone to stay and be the voice of reason and experience when people come along saying Why can't my cat and glider meet or be friends.

Lol! FeathersNFur I was JUST going to post on update!! And this will be the best update ever!
As of yesterday's vet visit Casey no longer has any signs of infection...at all!!! Can you believe it?! We have now discontinued all oral medication and are only using Vetericyn on the wound! Yes, wound, not wounds. >boogie dance<
All wounds on his back and patagium have completely closed up - hair is even starting to regrow! The last open wound is on his chest, and it has gone from the size of an eraser to a pin prick in a week! The vet was so impressed with his progress that they happily told us to schedule his LAST vet visit for next Wednesday!! Holy cow!! >boogie dance again<
With Casey doing so well we have let all three glider spend more time together and both yesterday and today they have spent supervised pouch time happily snuggled up with each other. It has been going very well with all three, it is so cute to see them literally hold on to each other while sleeping.
Casey will have to continue to wear his cone of shame and be housed separately until the last of the wounds has fully healed and the hair has grown back, but we are on our way! We have been letting Casey spend some time each day without his cone on (supervised) and we have positive indications that he may not over groom when the cone does come off. The next step will be to see how the others deal with the healed wounds, but that is down the road some yet.
So everybody boogie dance and get down tonight!!! Get down tonight!
Thank you for all the amazing support and I will have pictures to add very soon! -Casey and family
p.s. I have written out a timeline covering what was going on and what medical treatment was done during this whole experience. I plan on also doing a paper brief discussing what I felt worked best and what didn't and why. I can share both of these if anyone is interested...anyway to add a pdf? I can add at least the timeline tonight if I can find a way...

Yes, you'll need to register, but it's one of the only other forums I HIGHLY recommend. It's basically an information/medical/husbandry site. Not really social. I think the timeline, along with a link to this thread, would be awesome!

Ok, here is a link to a pdf of what I've called 'Casey's Timeline'. It is basically a daily commentary on what was going on and what medical treatment was currently being used.
It's basic at this point and I hope to eventually write something more in depth, but it does help layout the ups and downs this incident took.

I did register and try to make a post but I got "New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."
I can try again in 7 days though!

Thank you thank you for all the warm wishes! We are over the moon and don't quite know what to do with ourselves.
Has anyone had any problems reading Casey's timeline? Does it make sense? I'm hoping it will be useful for anyone dealing with similar injury's and maybe cut out some of the steps we took. I'll be adding a brief in the next day or so about what I felt worked best in the hopes that people can tell their vet and avoid the 20 million surgery's Casey went through. Let me know if you have questions or if I should expand on something...I have no problems with making changes, or constructive criticism. =)

I am absolutely in awe how wonderful you are in caring for Casey! The timeline is great and makes complete sense to me. Thank you for sharing that so it can help others should they need it. As much as we all try to keep our babies safe, anything can happen! Casey is a lucky glider to have you as his human parents :)

Wanted to share some video/images of the wound progress. The sound on the videos is a little wonkey, but not really needed.
Casey visit 3/9/12
Casey visit 3/15/12
Casey visit 3/21/12
Some photos from today 4/27/12: Casey's back: you can see some of the shiny scar spots
Under Casey's arm...you can see all the scratching my hand takes every time I have to clean under Casey's arm...poor boy, I wouldn't like someone squeezing my wound to check for puss either!!!
So you can see a vast improvement but some healing yet to do. Their is also a sizable lump of scar tissue/swelling still under his arm that I 'massage' at least twice daily to make sure their is no puss(or abscessing)and to 'break-up' forming scar tissue which should allow more movement of his arm.

AAAmazing with a capital "A"! How cool! I bet he's the first glider to ever get occupational therapy for his arm. This is wonderful and God loves Casey.
