LOL, she has a point Alden...


I think most of us, even when the forum gets to us we will just not log on for a few days until things smooth out.
I have seen one like Alden describes...the person just calmly mentioned that the drama was getting too much for them, for personal reasons, and just said a nice good-bye and said they would still lurk now and then.
That post was actually nice and many of us rallied around while respecting their decision. We didn't change their mind but we understood the reasoning they gave for having to distance themselves and it was as much personal as it was the forum.... If that person ever decides to reappear I'm sure he'll be welcomed with open arms.
But I also agree with Alden, I'm old enough and dealt with enough people I can spot the drama filled, I'm taking my ball and going home cuz you all are a bunch of meanies good-byes. Right, wrong, or indifferent, I don't have the patience to coddle those people. Maybe if I was younger and less jaded I would, but I've done my time dealing with people like that.
