I'd go to the vet ASAP.... No one here is a vet we cannot diagnose or help in any way. But a vet is your best bet right now!! I'd give you Val's (something_to_believe_in) number but I don't have it on me

You've seen this so many times in others' posts, I know - you have to get her to the vet NOW and don't let down your guard when she "takes a turn for the better."

Honey - I'm going to tell you straight up... and you won't want to hear it.

She won't make it until morning.

She needs to be fed water with an eye-dropper or a syringe every 30 minutes. Mix a very small amount of honey into the water to try to keep her blood sugar up. She needs to be ON you to keep her body heat up.

You aren't going to be sleeping tonight at all if you want to keep her alive. So, give that idea up now.

If you have a vet for your glider, then call their number. They probably have an answering machine or answering service which will give you a phone number to call in an emergency. You really need to try to get her to the vet right now.

Yeah, I was trying to look up exotic vets in Beaumont since it doesn't look like it is very far of a drive at all. I would definitely be calling them and get her to the vet immediately because I too don't think she will make it through the night.

this is just awful! i cant find anyone to help me till tomorrow even with a vet consult. i have to some how find a way to get some rest for myself. i start a my new job tomorrow and have not worked since november! but my mom is going to take kadi to the vet in the morning if she is lucky enough to make it till then. i have not been able to get her to drink any water it just comes back out of her mouth and she does not even close her mouth back up. i guess what im going to do is make her as comfortable as i can and put her in the bottom of the cage so that if she wants to get up she dont have to climb down and the water will be close by. i just feel so awful and helpless. how did this happen so fast and why??? they have both seen a vet twice this month and they act like shes fine.. just please everyone pray for us. im having a really hard time here. i just thought i was gonna loose nibbler and now shes almost better now kadi. i just cant handle all this right now :*( thanks to everyone that has supported and helped us. i will keep updated just pray its not bad news when i come back.

I am really sorry to hear about Kadi. I'm going to take this moment to say to everyone who is reading this that THIS is why you have an emergency vet already picked out and why you need to have the vet consult phone numbers easily accessible. When there is an emergency there is no time to wonder who will see your glider. This is when preparedness comes into the necessary realm of exotic pet ownership.
