We reeaally don't want to get a super expensive wheel right now, but Tachi needs one, so we're willing to invest in a higher priced one.

We need one that has at least a 4" wide track..bigger if possible for a suitable price, as he's a really big glider.

It also needs to have the attachable sand paper track, but NOT where his feet touch it directly..mesh or something between his paws & the sandpaper.

I'd prefer if it stood on it's own rather than attaching to the side of the cage.

Cage is 2'3'4' dwh

What would you recommend? Raptor, stealth, CC?
I'd like to know your pros/cons of each, and the BEST site to order them from.

Thanks ahead!

I'd go for a Stealth

All 3 you mentioned plus also consider Fast Track. I believe they all can custom size the width of the running track to your preferred width and all offer both floor stands & cage mounts.

I really haven't looked into the CC or Stealth, I know those are quality wheels, but I did confer with both Raptor & Fast Track and they were very helpful, I would guess they all would be.

What I know:

Raptor offers an economy model, I think Stealth may also, not sure.

And Fast Track will include free shipping on the wheel it's self, so that helps with cost right there.

My experience:
Fast Track has a design (not sure the others do) where you can remove the wheel from the mount, so if in the future you want a cage mount & a floor stand you can interchange the wheel from one to the other, also vise versa if you want to have 2 wheels to switch out for whatever reason, it's just versatile that way. I just got one and it's so quiet & made really well. I did get the cage mount though, makes it easier to clean being able to take the wheel off with out removing mount, and that feature helps with changing out the nail trimmer also.
It was fast delivery, I ordered it on a Tuesday & it came following Saturday.

That's all I can really say at this point, wish you the best of luck in your wheel search & selection.
