So Ive had really bad luck with water bottles. Over the last few years ive went though at least eight of them. All of them eaither drip, leak, lock up, or wont work.
Well about 6 months ago I bought these two from petco.
And Im happy to report that ive have absolutely no problems with them so far. I really like that they are small and dont waste alot of expensive bottled water. They mount easily (even on pvc cages) and are dishwasher safe. They allways work even if hanging off the cage at a weird angle. They also seem to have a really high flow rate. My babies spend less time at them because they are getting bigger drinks, however its not so much that its too much. Also they have been the cheapest bottles of all the ones that ive tried.
Well anyways I just wanted to share and remind everyone that two bottles are better than one just incase one ever does malfunction.

I get paranoid about the water bottle malfunctioning so i always leave a dish of water and religiously check it when i feed them every night.
It works fabulously BUT it drips. That's my only problem with it. There is always a puddle on the liner under where the bottle is. How are these petco bottles with dripping?

If you're having problem with dripping one trick you can use is turning the bottle upside down while it's got water in it, pressing on it to let air out, (some water may squirt out with it) flip it back over and have the air go back into it. I'm not really sure how that makes it not drip but it works for me! No more dripping :)

my 2 bottles are glass and if they drip it means I didn't screw the tube on correctly, other than that I have had no problems with them

I use those myself. Two per cage. Never need replacing.
