I meant for those babies

This is such a sad story. You are such a wonderful person for rescuing the mommy glider, even if it was just for a short period of time. She and her surviving baby got to know love in their last hours, it was probably more love than she received in her whole life. It was such a wonderful thing you did.
I'm glad they found out who did this, and hopefully their children will find better homes to live in.

I know this is an older post, but it deserves to be kept going. God bless you for your love! What you did was so amazing and it really touched me.

This breaks my heart. Thank you for doing what you did and showing them so much loves before they passed on. It's comforting to know there are such good people like you out there.

My heart is breaking over that tale! Gosh! I cannot imagine any of my kids EVER being alone like that-or allowing them to mistreat an animal in that way- Hope they nail down this boy's parents and fine them(or worse) good!

Omg this is so sad. No animal should have to suffer from kids or parents ignorance. And no child should have to suffer from parents neglect and stupidity.

Now I feel like I owe it to my kids I use to baby sit to call DCF and at least have a social worker investigate thier mother. Poor things hated when I had to take them home.
