So bonding is going really well with Mr. Mako (Mah-ko). He has his own glider proofed room he stays in and he loves to run around in it. He especially likes the fact that the closet door is covered in fabric so he can pretty much climb all the way to the ceiling. His favorite activity is climbing all the way to the top, gliding to the window shades, and then getting rescued by mamma (because dang, those shades are much more slippery than they looked).
Well last night he climbed up, jumped...and missed. Poor guy fell like eight feet straight down. I rushed over and checked him, but he just looked at me like, "What are you worried about now you crazy lady?" and scampered off. Five seconds later he's jumping from me straight into the wall. I laughed so hard.
After that he contented himself with gliding from the cage to mom's boobs a few times before crawling into his pouch and going to sleep for a couple hours.
