Some people get them from Grubco. I haven't so I can't say anything about their mealies....but I LOVE Camillies Vita mealies.

Many of us incorporate these natural juices into our gliders diets. These are in the refrigerator section of your grocery store...Some have them by the fruits/veggies, others have them near the yogurt. It's a good way to get some extra vitamins into them if they are going through their phase of not eating their fruits or veggies. I think most of us had gone through that at some point.

coconut water is usually in the ethnic food section of the grocery store and comes in a can. You want to get pure "whatever".... You don't want juices that have additives and preservatives. I'm throwing that out there because when you're standing in the juice isle, it gets very tempting to buy things you think they'll like, only to find out they are packed with sugar and other stuff you don't want them to have.

I give mine either coconut water or mango. They go nuts for the mango. Fresh coconut water from a coconut is good for them to, they even eat the coconut. I give mine juicy juicy or anything thats low in sugar and natural with a little bit or water in a bowl once a week, with plain water too.
I've also mixed natural honey, a tablespoon on avacode and 7 meal worms in a blender and made it for them. they love it!

you can get crickets and meal worms from petco, petsmart or your local tropic shop you can even get them online.

Here is the link to The Sweet Spot, a glider medical forum. This is The Glider GOurmet section. There is a short article on the importance of diet, and then descriptions/discussions of several of the more widely used diets. I personally use - and love - Val's Green Variety diet. You can choose a diet that works both for you and your suggies.

The forum itself is a good one to at least get familiar with as it is the place you can come to when you have health/disease/injury type questions and concerns.
