How long have you had your gliders?
Giving them treats like mealworms by hand helps. Getting a bonding pouch and wearing them can help. If they are brand new then you don't want to jump into bonding and give them a little time to adjust to their new environment.

You can also get a little piece of an old shirt of something, wear it for a while (hour, the longer the better!) then put it in the nesting pouch so when they sleep they get used to your scent. Also just wear a bonding pouch and try to have them with you as much as possible. Last thing is i wouldn't baby them that much, like if they crab get over it because they need to get used to you,

Fleece is the only safe fabric to put in their pouch- pieces of old shirts, etc can ravel and their nails can get caught leading to injury or death. Go to the gliderpedia section at the top of the page and search bonding- some great stuff there.
