Just curious as to how much is the average price for a check up per glider and compare our vet's prices. It is $31'ish per glider and then a stool sample is $18 (one price for both of our gliders). Just curious to see how this compares to other's.

My vet charges $54 for a wellness exam/check up, but this includes a nail trim too. A fecal smear/float is an additional $14, so the total is $68. I don't know if they will charge less for two Gliders instead of one though.

Omg...In my area the average for a Wellness exam is about $70 per glider!
I was even quoted $100 once!
The cheapest I have found is like $58 but it's a little over an hour away...>_>

Well my first visit was for both my gliders, 80.00, then extra for fecals, they also included nail clipping. But because they were babies at that time, they really didn't need a nail clipping. I think they charge 60.00 a visit for one, but give a deal to family of two.

When I got my male neutered, it was 115.00 for the entire procedure, and that was the laser style. I felt that was a very good price.

The only place I've asked about fecal float/smear I asked was at SEAVS and they told me a float is $26 and a float/smear is $58. I think it's kind of expensive...I'm I wrong?
I haven't asked about neutering there but I imagine it will be VERY expensive.

I did find a place that does neuters with laser for $125 plus $60something for the wellness check. I found another place that does it for $120 (everything included) but it is the traditional way, not with laser.

My vet charges $40 for a wellness visit and $19 for fecals. I don't know about nail trimming there, I do mine(ouch) myself.
