I don't know why I hadn't thought about looking into the herbs in my garden for the girls. I had some lovely mint last night (organic, etc.) and checked online to make sure it was ok. They absolutely went nuts over it.

It's always so interesting and fun to offer something different and see their reactions. Some things that I think they'll love they don't...and vice verse.

My kids love mint too!! And cilantro is a huge hit around here as well!!

I thought mint was toxic to gliders? Because of cat nip being in the mint family? Or it is just certain types?

Catnip is definitely toxic, but garden variety mints are not. If in doubt check first though! And never use something that could have been in contact with pesticides, etc.

Cilantro! Oooo...they're going to have fun on mexican food night!

Mine only eats mint like once a week, usually out of curiousity lol
