Hello im a farely new glider owner of two gliders. I'm considering getting another glider & I'm looking for advice and tips on what I hope will be a successful introduction.

Well, first off you will need to get your new glider check by a vet. Then quarantine it for 30 days, and after 30 days is recommended to go through another vet check, make sure your new glider didn't develop any parasites. After that you can start on the introductions process. Below is an article about several methods for introducing gliders:

The reason the quarantine is recommended is because parasites can take a while to hatch, and won't show on the fecal test until later (if the glider had any parasites, they would definitively show after 30 days). This way, if your new glider was sick, you will only have to treat this new glider, while the others will stay healthy.
