Need to pick up a ceramic heat lamp for a cage that is 465mm×420mm×1,000mm.
One meter tall that's about 40 inches.
What would be an appropriate wattage ? 40,60,100 ?
Thanks
Eric

Gliders do not need heat lamps.

Central heating is not standard in the country I'm in. The apartment will likely get down to 10 degrees Celsius in winter.

A regular electric space heater to maintain a comfortable temperature in the ROOM the gliders will be is a better choice than a heat source directed only at the cage. Most space heaters have thermostats to control the temperature and they cycle on and off as necessary.

A ceramic heater would need to be placed some distance from the cage to prevent it from heating the metal cage bars too much and potentially causing injury to the gliders. Too much heat directed at the glider's sleeping pouch could cause overheating and contribute to dehydration in your gliders.

Be sure they have a double layer fleece pouch and some extra 'blankies' (small 3 -4 inch squares of fleece) in their pouch to help them take advantage of their shared body heat.
