Hi, everyone. I am located in Ohio and am really hoping to start a small sugar glider rescue. I would begin by only rescuing five, then eventually rescuing more as I become ore experienced. I will have two others helping, and know the necessities I need such as food, toys, cages, and money for vet visits/ emergencies. What would I need in regards to the legal aspect? Does anybody have any tips or advice for me? I know it will be both emotionally and physically draining, but I would still appreciate any help. Thank you guys in advance!

Here are some additional considerations for you to read before you declare that you are a glider "Rescue". This was written with the help of several established glider rescuers a few years ago.

You might also contact some established rescues for specific advice before you move forward with your plans.
