Just a couple questions.
I was wondering if I can just give her plain yogurt (just a little) for a treat?
Can I give them maple syrup? I sometimes put some on my finger and let them lick it off... Is this okay? Or do I need to use just plain honey?

Yes you can use small amounts of yogurt or honey for licky treats.

Regular or low fat fruit flavored yogurts are fine as long as they do not have artificial sweeteners. Do not use the DIET, Low Cal or Sugar Free Yogurt varieties - they are going to contain artificial sweeteners. Plain yogurt that is unflavored and unsweetened is fine as well if your glider likes it.

The maple syrup is OK in small amounts if it is pure maple syrup - many pancake syrups are mostly corn syrup that is maple flavored. Some also contain artificial sweeteners - so read the label carefully.
